Keene Independent School District (Keene ISD or “District”)  is committed to adherence to accessible technology standards as measured according to the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C’s) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 2.0, Level AA and The Web Accessibility Guidelines Initiative Accessible Rich Internet Applications Suite (WAI-ARIA) 1.0 techniques for web content.

Some of the online services provided by Keene ISD to our visitors through links on our website were not created by, nor are they maintained by Keene ISD; they are a subscribed service.

Every effort is made to ensure the products and services to which we provide and subscribe meet or exceed the accessibility standards adopted by Keene ISD. The accessibility of these products and services, however, is the sole responsibility of the individual vendor and is beyond our control.

Who may complain?

A student, parent, staff member, or member of the public may file a complaint or grievance.

Complaints may be submitted orally or in writing, via US mail or email, or by completing the Keene ISD Web Accessibility Complaint Form below:
