    Bio:
I have been teaching since the Spring of 1987 when I spent almost every day as a substitute teacher in the junior highs in Arlington. From there I worked as a summer school instructor at Arlington High School. I went on to gain full time employment with Arlington ISD working at Carter Junior High in the fall of 1987. I was a science teacher/coach for the 7th grade. After 5 years with AISD, I moved my teaching profession to Joshua ISD, where I worked two years in the junior high as a science teacher/coach. Then I helped with the start-up of the JISD Alternative Campus, where I taught all subjects for three years to students in a credit recovery program. I have found my current home here in Keene. I have been a teacher of mathematics for 9 years, and currently finished my 12th year as a teacher of science. I also teach one section of Texas History and one section of Algebra I

Over the years, I have had the pleasure of teaching a lot of kids. I relate to the students through the subjects I teach. I have taught 7th grade science, 8th grade honors Biology, 7th grade math, 8th grade math, 8th grade Algebra I, Physical Education, 8th grade Health, and alternative high school Algebra I and II, US History, English I, II, III, and IV, Math of Money, and Physical Science.
